GRG ELITE operates two vehicles. The 2024 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum in triple-black — six passengers, extended cargo, Platinum interior trim, the most commanding vehicle in the fleet. And the 2023 Tesla Model Y in gloss black with a white premium interior — up to four passengers, zero emissions, whisper-quiet cabin. Both are maintained to showroom standard before every ride.

Book the Escalade for groups of five or six, significant luggage, events and weddings, or maximum arrival presence. Book the Tesla for solo travelers and couples, anxious dogs, zero-emission preferences, and the quiet intimate experience. The Cadillac Escalade ESV comfortably seats six passengers across three rows. The Tesla Model Y seats four passengers comfortably, or three passengers with significant luggage.

Both vehicles are cleaned and inspected to showroom standard before every single ride — not after the previous one. Exterior washed, interior vacuumed and wiped, leather surfaces cleaned, glass polished. For pet-friendly bookings, this is followed by a deeper sanitization protocol including the dog bed and partition. You will not step into a vehicle that feels like someone else was recently in it.

Yes. When you book, specify the Cadillac Escalade ESV or the Tesla Model Y and we'll confirm availability for your date. If your preferred vehicle is unavailable, we'll tell you immediately rather than silently substituting.

Yes. GRG ELITE operates seven days a week with no restricted hours. Early morning airport departures, late-night event returns, and everything in between. When you book, provide your time requirement and we'll be there — early.

Pricing is based on the service type, distance, and duration of the booking. Your rate is confirmed at the time of booking and does not change — no surge pricing, no surprise fees, no charges that weren't agreed upfront. What we quote is what you pay.

No. GRG ELITE does not operate surge pricing of any kind. Your rate is fixed at booking regardless of time of day, weather, demand, or any other variable. A 4 a.m. airport pickup costs the same as a midday one for the same journey.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cash. Payment details and timing are confirmed at the time of booking.

No. The rate confirmed at booking is the rate you pay. There are no add-on charges for standard services. For pet-friendly bookings there is a preparation fee that covers the cabin setup and the additional cleaning required — this is disclosed and confirmed before your booking is finalized.

Deposit requirements vary by service type and booking value. This is confirmed at the time of booking. Contact us directly and we'll give you the specific terms for your booking.

GRG ELITE is based in Southern Washington and serves the complete Portland metro area. Our service area covers Portland International Airport, all of Southern Washington including Vancouver WA and surrounding communities, the Willamette Valley wine region, Southern Washington wine country, the Oregon coast, the Washington coast, and the Columbia River Gorge on both sides. If your destination is in the Pacific Northwest corridor, the answer is almost certainly yes.

Yes. Scenic coast tours along both coastlines are one of our most popular services — from Cannon Beach and Ecola State Park in the north to Cape Perpetua and beyond on the Oregon coast, and the Long Beach Peninsula and Cape Disappointment on the Washington coast.

Yes. Our service area extends to the Willamette Valley wine country, the Oregon and Washington coastlines, and the Columbia River Gorge. For destinations further afield, contact us directly and we'll confirm whether we cover your specific route.

No. GRG ELITE is a premium chauffeured transport service. We are not a platform that connects you with the nearest available driver in a random vehicle. We are a dedicated service with hand-selected vehicles, a professional chauffeur, a confirmed booking, and a standard that we maintain without exception on every single ride.

The standard we hold to. Both vehicles are maintained to showroom condition before every ride. Every airport transfer includes real-time flight tracking. Pricing is fixed and transparent. We operate with complete discretion. We genuinely welcome your dog. We are available seven days a week with no restricted hours. And every booking is handled personally — no automated systems, no anonymous drivers, no variable quality depending on who shows up.

No minimum distance. We pick up from your door regardless of where in the service area you are and regardless of how short or long the journey is.

Yes. GRG ELITE operates with full commercial transportation insurance and all required licensing for chauffeured transport in Oregon and Washington state.
